A variety of digital projects I've worked on at LNOF, including; UX development of webpages, online processes, image creation, social media content, animations, videos, and email design.
A webpage designed to inform and instruct prospective suppliers of new activities or accomodation.
Emails and questionnaires to be presented to the customer after they have submitted a quote. Designed to both promote to the customer and to gain supporting information for the sales team to build a quote. Emails follow an autopilot path based on their engagement, and their quote status. Optional questionnaire presented after a quote submission, with a range of questions designed to get a better view of the group in question.
I redesigned the Meet the Team page, and worked with another designer to create illustrations of the team, in order to give the page a more uniform feel. Each staff member has a pop-up of FAQs so we can get to know them, but some link off onto further developed pages.
Development of a new sub-brand within Last Night. LNOF Protect is a product similar to ABTA, which allows customers to pay a small percentage to protect their booking. I worked on the logo and the website integration. This included the customer facing breakdown of T&Cs and the claim processes.
I've designed a range of internal and external presentations used within Last Night. Both relaxed and informal to be presented to staff, and formal documents for prospective clients and partners.
I've worked on infographics for Pinterest which are used to promote various news articles on our website.
A sub-brand created during the Covid pandemic, in order to help out customers who faced their events being cancelled.
